The holiday home has 140 square metres and was built in typical Piedmontese style in the 19th century. The light-flooded house offers four bedrooms on two floors, each with its own shower room and a shared, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room. The balcony and the rooms offer views of the vineyards and the beautiful hilly landscape.
The house has its own garden and parking spaces right next to the house. The highlight is our pool with panoramic views.

The Casa delle Vigne holiday home is surrounded by vineyards on a hill overlooking the lovely hilly landscape of Monferrato. The house belongs to the Cascina Intersenga winery, which produces certified organic DOCG wine.  In addition to wine production, the host has a long-standing passion for modern art, which is reflected both in the furnishings of the house and in the organisation of regular art exhibitions. The exhibition room can be hired for events of all kinds.
The holiday home offers charm and cosiness in all seasons, the old walls cool in summer and the fireplace and heating warm in winter, making for a pleasant stay. The house is stylishly furnished.

The house belongs to the Intersenga winery, but has its own garden and a separate entrance with parking directly at the house.  The pool is available to all guests. You can also taste the wine produced on the estate and buy it on site.
